This photograph was taken many years ago in our village in the Cotswolds, back when the three of us were still learning as we went, spending long afternoons together at our grandmother's kitchen table. We have always been drawn to craft, to texture, to the way the smallest detail can hold a whole memory. Even then, jewellery was never about status for us. It was about meaning, and the feeling of wearing something truly personal.

That shared love has shaped our lives and, in time, our work. Every piece from Sylvie, Sadie and Stella still begins the same way: the three of us side by side at the bench, testing, refining, and making something built to last and meant to be lived in.

What we create here is part of our family's everyday rhythm. Our children and grandchildren are woven into the life of the workshop, lending a hand as much as we lend ours to them. It is why every Sylvie, Sadie and Stella piece carries a quiet sense of legacy, care and continuity.

We are intentionally selective. Every metal, stone and finishing detail we choose is something we would be proud to wear ourselves, and we stay mindful of what it means to source responsibly. By working with trusted suppliers, reducing waste, and hand finishing the parts that matter most, we make sure each piece of jewellery is not only beautiful and long lasting, but thoughtfully made.

We genuinely love what we do, and we wear our own jewellery every day. We promised one another we would stay true to the craft, so we keep our collection small, check every detail by hand, and only release pieces that feel personal, intentional, and truly worth keeping for a lifetime.

We choose recycled and responsibly sourced materials wherever possible, and pack each piece with minimal, recyclable packaging. Our workshop sits at the end of a quiet lane, where the kettle is always on and the radio hums in the background. Nothing leaves the bench until all three of us agree it is right. That is not a slogan. It is simply how sisters work.
